Request a Lead from a Pool

Goal: When your lead list runs low, pull a fresh lead from an authorized pool so you can keep working without waiting for a manager to assign one manually. Who does this: Agent requests · Sales Manager configures which pools and limits are available Before you start: This feature is only available after a manager has configured your Lead Request Configuration — specifying which Lead Pools you can draw from and how many leads you can request per day. If you see no options in the pop-up (step 3 below), contact your manager and point them to Lead Requests for Agents.

Steps

  1. Agent Go to your lead dashboard. Navigate to Leads → General.

  2. Agent Open the three-dots menu. Click the (three-dots) menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  3. Agent Select Request Leads. A pop-up appears showing the lead types you are authorized to request (for example, "English Leads"). If the list is empty, your manager needs to configure your permissions first — see Lead Requests for Agents.

  4. Agent Click Request next to the lead type you want. A matching lead from the configured Lead Pool is assigned to you instantly. It will appear in your All Leads view.

  5. Sales Manager (Config, done in advance) Set up the agent's Lead Request Configuration. In Employees → General, open the employee's profile, go to the Configurations tab, and add the lead pools they may draw from plus the daily maximum. See Lead Requests for Agents.

What happens next

The requested lead is immediately assigned to you — no manager approval step is needed at request time. It appears in Leads → General under All Leads and Fresh Leads. Open the profile and begin working it as normal.

If you have used your daily allowance, the Request button will no longer return leads until the next day.

To verify: check Leads → General → Fresh Leads immediately after requesting — the new lead should appear at the top.
