Work the Approvals Queue

Goal: Clear your daily approval backlog — data change requests, pending financial transactions, and retired leads — so agents are never blocked. Who does this: Sales Manager Before you start: No setup required. Run through this queue at least once a day; a build-up here blocks agent workflow directly.

Steps

Data Change Requests

  1. Sales Manager Open Data Change Requests. Navigate to Data Change Requests in the main sidebar. You'll see requests for: new leads submitted by agents, lead detail edits from the Set Master Data action, and tag changes on tags where Is Modifiable is off. See Data Change Requests.

  2. Sales Manager Review and decide. Click a request to view the proposed change alongside the current value. Click Approve to apply it or Reject to deny it. For rejections, add a reason so the agent understands what to correct. Approved changes take effect immediately.

Lead Transactions

  1. Sales Manager Open Lead Transactions. Navigate to Lead Transactions in the main sidebar. This queue contains all deposit and withdrawal requests raised by agents — no transaction is finalized until you act on it. See Lead Transactions.

  2. Sales Manager Review and decide. Check the amount, type, and method against any supporting information. Click Approve to finalize the transaction or Reject if something is incorrect. Finance handles the actual transfer after your approval — see Process a Withdrawal End to End for the downstream steps.

Retired Leads

  1. Sales Manager Open Retired Leads. Navigate to Retired Leads in the main sidebar. This list shows leads automatically unassigned from agents after a long period of inactivity. See Retired Leads.

  2. Sales Manager Reassign or leave. For each retired lead, decide whether to reassign it to the same agent, a different agent, or leave it unassigned in the pool. Reassigning quickly prevents opportunities from going permanently cold.

What happens next

  • Approved data changes are visible on the lead profile immediately.
  • Approved transactions appear in the lead's transaction history and move to the finance queue.
  • Reassigned retired leads reappear in the agent's lead list and the inactivity timer resets.
