Targets & Commission

This guide covers how to set employee performance targets and configure sales commission structures.


Employee Lead Targets

Navigate to HR → Employee Lead Targets to manage performance targets for your sales team.

Target List

The targets page shows:

  • Employee — Assigned employee
  • Target Period — Monthly, quarterly, or custom date range
  • Metric — What is being measured (e.g., new customers, deposits, trading volume)
  • Target Value — The goal to achieve
  • Current Progress — How far the employee has progressed
  • Achievement % — Percentage of target achieved
  • Status — Not Started, In Progress, Achieved, Missed

Setting Targets

  1. Click Create Target (or + New Target).
  2. Select the Employee (or apply to an entire team).
  3. Choose the Target Period (month, quarter, or custom dates).
  4. Select the Metric:
    • New Customers — Number of new customer registrations
    • Deposits — Total deposit amount
    • FTDs (First Time Deposits) — Number of first-time depositing customers
    • Trading Volume — Total lots traded by assigned customers
    • Conversions — Leads converted to active traders
  5. Set the Target Value.
  6. Click Save.

Tracking Progress

  • Targets update automatically as customers take actions (register, deposit, trade)
  • The progress bar shows real-time achievement percentage
  • Managers can view all team targets from the team view
  • Employees can see their own targets from their dashboard

Sales Commission

Navigate to HR → Sales Commission to configure and manage commission structures for your sales team.

Commission Plans

Commission plans define how employees earn commissions based on customer activity:

  • Plan Name — Display name for the commission structure
  • Type — Revenue share, flat rate per action, tiered, or custom formula
  • Trigger — What action triggers the commission (deposit, trade, conversion)
  • Rate — Commission percentage or fixed amount
  • Tier Levels — Progressive rates for different achievement levels

Creating a Commission Plan

  1. Click Create Plan.
  2. Enter the Plan Name and Description.
  3. Select the Commission Type:
    • Flat Rate — Fixed amount per qualifying action
    • Percentage — Percentage of the transaction value
    • Tiered — Increasing rates at higher achievement levels
  4. Define the Trigger Event — what customer action generates the commission.
  5. Set the Rate(s):
    • For flat rate: enter the fixed commission amount
    • For percentage: enter the commission percentage
    • For tiered: define each tier with its threshold and rate
  6. Configure eligibility rules (if applicable):
    • Minimum deposit amount to qualify
    • Customer must be active for X days
    • Only first-time deposits count
  7. Click Save.

Viewing Commission Reports

Commission earnings are tracked and reported:

  • Per Employee — Individual commission earnings over time
  • Per Team — Aggregated team commission performance
  • Per Period — Monthly/quarterly commission summaries
  • Export — Download commission reports for payroll processing
