Employee Management
This guide covers the full employee lifecycle — from directory management and team organization to notifications, logging, and admin configuration.
Employee Directory
Navigate to HR → Employees to view and manage all employees.
The employee directory displays:
- Name — Full name with avatar
- Email — Work email address
- Position — Job title / role
- Team — Assigned team
- Status — Active, Inactive, or Suspended
- Last Login — Most recent platform login
- Joined Date — Employee start date

Viewing an Employee Profile
Click on any employee to see their complete profile:
- Personal Details — Name, email, phone, position, department
- Permissions — Assigned permission groups and individual permissions
- Team Assignment — Current team and manager
- Performance Metrics — Lead conversions, call stats, retention metrics
- Activity Log — Recent actions within the platform
- Leave Balance — Remaining leave days by type
Adding a New Employee
- Click Add Employee from the directory page.
- Fill in the employee details:
- Name, Email, Phone
- Position — Select from configured positions
- Team — Assign to a team
- Permission Group — Select the appropriate permission set
- Click Create — the employee will receive a welcome email with login credentials.

Team Management
Navigate to HR → Teams to organize employees into teams.
Team List
View all teams with:
- Team Name — Display name of the team
- Manager — Team lead / manager
- Members — Number of employees in the team
- Department — Parent department
Creating a Team
- Click Create Team.
- Enter the Team Name.
- Select a Manager from the employee list.
- Optionally set the Department affiliation.
- Click Save.
Managing Team Members
- Click on a team to open its detail view.
- Use Add Members to search and add employees.
- Use Remove to take employees off the team.
- Reassign the manager if needed.

PBX Extensions
Navigate to HR → Employee Extensions to manage phone system (PBX) extensions for employees.
- Extension Number — The internal phone extension
- Employee — Assigned employee
- Status — Active or Inactive
- Last Updated — When the extension was last modified
Assign or update extensions as employees join, leave, or change desks.

Activity Logs
Navigate to HR → Logs for a complete audit trail of employee actions within the platform.
The log captures:
- Employee — Who performed the action
- Action — What was done (login, data change, approval, etc.)
- Target — What entity was affected (customer, lead, deposit, etc.)
- Timestamp — When the action occurred
- IP Address — Source IP of the action

Notifications & Announcements
Employee Notifications
Navigate to HR → Notifications to manage system notifications sent to employees.
- View all sent notifications with delivery status
- Filter by notification type, recipient, or date
- Resend failed notifications
Employee Announcements
Navigate to HR → Announcements to send company-wide or team-specific announcements.
- Click Create Announcement.
- Enter the Title and Content (rich text supported).
- Select the Audience — All employees, specific teams, or individual employees.
- Choose to Send Immediately or Schedule for later.
- Click Publish.

Admin Settings
Navigate to HR → Admin Settings to configure the HR module.
Configurable Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Positions | Job titles available when creating employees |
| Activity Types | Types of activities that can be logged (calls, meetings, emails, etc.) |
| Locations | Office locations for attendance tracking |
| Permission Groups | Pre-defined permission sets that can be assigned to employees |
| Check-in Settings | Working hours, grace period, overtime rules |
| Notification Types | Types of system notifications and their triggers |
