Customer Portal Walkthrough
This walkthrough explains the customer-facing journey after Admin has configured the platform.
1. Sign in and review the dashboard
Customers sign in, review dashboard cards, read announcements, and confirm which modules are available to them.
2. Complete profile and verification
Customers update profile information, upload required KYC documents, and wait for compliance review.

3. Set up wallets and financial details
Customers review wallets, add bank information when required, and choose available deposit, transfer, withdrawal, or emergency deposit actions.

Customers create or select trading accounts, review account status, and open AltTrade Trading Platform when the account is eligible.

5. Explore optional modules
Depending on Admin configuration, customers may also use copy trading, referrals/IB, investment plans, loyalty rewards, bot trading, casino, or sports betting.
