Branding & White-Label Configuration
Goal: Apply your organisation's visual identity — logo, colours, login theme, and product naming — so the customer portal and admin panel reflect your brand. Who does this: Admin / Owner Before you start: You need access to Settings → Portal Appearance and Settings → Product Settings. Upload any brand assets (logo, favicon, banner images) before starting — the Asset Uploader is available under Product Settings.
Steps
-
Admin / Owner Upload brand assets. Go to Settings → Asset Uploader and upload your logo (platform header), favicon (browser tab icon), login page background image, and any banner graphics. Copy the asset URLs for use in the steps below. See Product Settings.
-
Admin / Owner Configure portal appearance. Go to Settings → Portal Appearance.
- Set the Logo to the URL of your uploaded header logo.
- Set the Favicon to your uploaded favicon asset.
- Choose a Color Scheme — set primary, secondary, and accent colors to match your brand palette.
- Select a Theme Variant from the available pre-built variants. Use the Live Preview panel to see each variant before applying. You can customize colors within any variant.
- Configure the Login Page — set the background image, choose a theme variant for the login screen, and add custom welcome text.
- Review the Sidebar navigation menu items and ordering, and the Dashboard Layout widget arrangement.
- Toggle Dark Mode on or off based on whether you want customers to have that option.
Changes apply instantly to all customers on the portal. See Product Settings.
-
Admin / Owner Set project-level branding. Go to Settings → Projects and open your project. Confirm the Logo, Domain, and Default Language are correct for each brand. If you run multiple white-label brands, each project can have independent branding. See General Settings.
-
Admin / Owner Set company identity fields. Go to Settings → Company Info and confirm the Company Name, Website, and contact details — these appear in outgoing emails, document headers, and the portal footer. See General Settings.
-
Admin / Owner Customize product naming via banners and static pages. Go to Settings → Banners → Add Banner to create branded promotional banners for the portal dashboard and deposit page. Go to Settings → Static Page Config to publish or update your About Us page, Terms & Conditions, and any custom content pages with your brand voice. See Product Settings.
-
Admin / Owner Review and update email templates. Go to TR Settings → Templates and update the Registration, KYC, and Transaction templates to use your brand name, colors, and tone. Template variables like
{{customer_name}}and{{company_name}}are available as placeholders. See General Settings (General Templates) and the TR Settings reference.
What happens next
After saving Portal Appearance settings, open the customer portal in a browser to confirm the logo, colors, and login theme are rendering correctly. Check both light and dark mode if you have dark mode enabled.
Verify that outgoing emails (e.g., trigger a test registration) display the correct From Name, subject styling, and template branding.
