What it is

The profile and verification area is where a customer keeps their personal details current and submits the documents that unlock product access.

What the client does here

  • Updates profile information such as contact details and preferences.
  • Uploads the KYC documents required by the operator's onboarding stages.
  • Tracks verification status and sees what is approved, pending, or rejected.
  • Resubmits documents when a rejection reason is returned.
