What it is
The profile and verification area is where a customer keeps their personal details current and submits the documents that unlock product access.
What the client does here
- Updates profile information such as contact details and preferences.
- Uploads the KYC documents required by the operator's onboarding stages.
- Tracks verification status and sees what is approved, pending, or rejected.
- Resubmits documents when a rejection reason is returned.
